The Rate Lelo form is Alahdeen’s official Request for Quote (RFQ) tool. It is designed to help buyers receive multiple price offers from authentic wholesalers through a single form, instead of calling or messaging many suppliers. Contact you while offering the opportunity to make a deal with the desired wholesaler. 

When you open the Rate Lelo form, you will see four main fields to fill:

• Product Name

• MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

• City
• Details/Specifications

Start by entering a clear product name. Don’t write only “mobile accessories” or “chairs.” Use specific names like “Samsung 25W original charger” or “High-back office chair with armrest.” The clearer the name, the easier it is for suppliers to understand your need and send relevant offers.

Then add a realistic quantity(MOQ), such as 50 pieces, 2 cartons, or 100 boxes. If you have a range, you can write “50–100 pieces,” but give a proper idea of how much stock you want. In the details/specifications section, mention brand, color, size, model number, material, and quality (original, A-grade, good copy, etc.). Clear details reduce confusion and the risk of receiving the wrong items.

Next, fill in your city or delivery location, so suppliers can calculate delivery time and transport cost correctly. If you want delivery to your shop/warehouse or plan to pick up from a specific area, mention it. The target price field is optional but useful. If you know your budget or the market rate, add it to help suppliers match your expected price range.
